How do I make a deposit?

Can I change my deposit method?

Yes, you can change your deposit method at any time. Tap the store icon or the deposit icon in the menu bar (found in the footer). Then click on the desired deposit amount you would like to add. You can change your method of deposit at any time by tapping on the edit icon which can be found under “Payment Method”. Select your preferred payment method. We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Then enter your details, and complete the purchase.


How will the charge appear on my card statement?

How do I make a withdrawal?

Complete the following steps in order to process a withdrawal: 1. At the top of the screen, in the menu bar, tap on “My Account”, and choose “My Wallet” 2. Balance available for withdrawal can be seen in the “Withdrawable” section 3. Tap on “Request funds withdrawal” 4. Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw in the “Enter withdraw amount” field. 5. Enter your PayPal email address - the email address connected to your PayPal account. Do not enter the address that starts with PayPal.me - if you do that, the request will not be submitted. 6. Review your request to make sure it’s correct, then press “Send Request” Once you have completed the steps, we will notify you via email that your request has been received with the withdrawal reference number. Please note that there is a $1 withdrawal fee that will be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount.


How long does it take to process withdrawals?

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1-2 business days, but in certain circumstances can take up to 15 business days. We take quality assurance protocols and procedures to review gameplay and analyze game and account logs to ensure fairness at all times, prevent fraudulent activities and protect all player’s funds. How do I register for an account?

Tap the “Account” tab in the footer and you will see two options: “Sign in” and “Register”. Tap on “Register” to begin the registration process. Fill out your email address, phone number, date of birth, zip, and country. Then tap “Next” to get an account confirmation code sent to you via email or SMS. Enter the code you received into the registration form, and your registration will be complete.


Am I allowed to register for more than one account?

Players are not allowed to register for more than one account at a time and trying to do so is against our Terms of Service and is prohibited. Also please note that your account is your own, and allowing others to play with your account is strictly prohibited.


I no longer use the email address I registered with. How can I log in?

If you have a new email address, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Support team via email: support@viglabs.xyz. Our team will help you update your account. When you reach out please provide your nickname, the original registered email address, and your new email address so we can quickly update it and get you back to playing in no time.


How do I log into my account?

To log in, follow these steps: 1. Tap on “My Account” in the menu bar. 2. Tap the “Sign in”. 3. Enter your email address. 4. Enter your password. 5. Tap on the “Sign in”. 6. Check your email, you will get a verification code. 7. Insert the code you received in your email and tap “Verify and Play”. 8. You will be automatically logged in and can start paying immediately.


How do I change my nickname and my avatar?

You can change your nickname by choosing My Account in the main menu and then choosing profile. There you can change or auto generate your nickname and/or customize your avatar. Avatar customisation is also available by tapping your avatar headshot throughout the app, except in the gameplay.


How do I delete my account?
You can submit a request to delete your account to support@viglabs.xyz. Please keep in mind that we will not be able to restore your account once it’s deleted. To prevent accidental deletions, you will need to contact our Support team and confirm your request. Once confirmed, we will go ahead and delete your account as requested.


What happens if I delete the game from my mobile device?

Deleting the game does not delete your registered account. You can always download RocketDice again at any time and log back into your account to continue playing with the same balance, gems, and experience points (IF) you had before you deleted the game.

GAMEPLAY

How do I play RocketDice?

The game is very simple and fun. Follow the steps below to play: 1. Hold to roll all six dice. 2. After each roll, you must keep at least one die, but you can choose to keep more. 3. Roll the remaining dice. Again, you must keep at least one die. 4. Once all six dice are kept, your score is calculated. This concludes one round. Each player completes three rounds. Objective • Goal: Achieve the highest score across three rounds in a tournament. • Key to Scoring: You must roll a '1' and a '4'. These are your qualifying dice. Scoring System 1. Bonus Points Calculation: • Time Remaining (TR): The time left after completing your turn. • Rolling Hands (RH): The number of rolls taken in a round. Bonus Points = (TR2 x 0.001 + ((6-RH)/2)) x 100 • Total Score per Round (TSR): Calculation for round score • Legacy Score (LS): Sum of score dice TSR = 100 x LS + Bonus Points 2. Overall Game Score: Total Score = TSR of Round 1 + TSR of Round 2 + TSR of Round 3


Who am I playing against and do they have the same skill levels as me?

We make sure to match players against opponents with a similar skill level to ensure a fun and fair experience for everyone.


How do we match you to opponents?

We match players against others with a similar skill level to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. The matchmaking becomes more accurate the more that you play as our intelligent algorithm learns your skills better. It’s important to note that we cannot actively alter or manage the matchmaking manually - our algorithms are 100% automated. This means we cannot reduce a player’s skill level manually upon request because if it were possible to control it manually, it would not be fair to everyone.


What’s an entry fee for a tournament?

It’s the funds required to enter the tournament. If a tournament has a $1 and 600 Gems entry fee, you will need at least $1 and 600 Gems in your balance to participate in the tournament. Your fee will be deducted as soon as you enter the tournament.


What is the prize pool of a tournament?

Each tournament has a different prize pool made out of the total possible winning amounts in that specific tournament. For example, in a tournament with three winners, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place receive a part of the total prize pool. The 1st place receives a larger reward than 2nd place and so on with no player receiving the entire prize pool alone. For example, in the “High Stakes” tournament, the prize pool is $12. The prizes per placement are as follows: • 1st = $7 • 2nd = $4 • 3rd = $1 You can always check the prize pool and the placement prizes by tapping on the name of the tournaments in the lobby.


How do I use my Bonus Cash in tournaments?


Bonus Cash is used to participate in Cash Tournaments, just like regularly deposited funds. When you win in a Cash Tournament, your winnings will be distributed proportionally based on the percentage of bonus funds that you’ve used in the entry fee. For example, if the entry fee is $1 and the player participates with $0.2 in bonus funds and $0.8 in cash funds, the payout would be 20% of the winnings going to bonus funds and 80% to cash funds.


How does the Wheel work?

The vig labs Wheel is a proprietary gaming feature that is simple, fun, and enjoyable for players. The Wheel Spins are available for both free and paid players. You cannot win real money from the Wheel Spins but you can win Bonus Cash, XP, Gems, and Special Prizes. You are awarded a new free spin 24 hours after you’ve used your previous one.


Why is there a delay sometimes for Tournament results?

When you complete a tournament, you may see that other players are still playing it, as players don’t always start at the same time. Tournaments will close after enough players have joined and finished playing, and you will only see the final results once everyone is done. Until then, the leaderboard will say “Results Pending” and it will let you know that some players have not completed their games yet. As soon as the tournament is complete, you’ll see your final placement and collect what you may have won. If you have opted-in for push notifications, you’ll receive one on your phone notifying you that the results are ready. Some tournaments take longer to complete than others as it always depends on the number of players in the contest.


What happens to my entry fee if the tournament is suddenly interrupted?

If your game is interrupted, your phone turns off, or your connection is lost mid-game, the tournament will automatically be paused for up to 15 minutes. When you return to the game, you’ll be able to continue where you left off. However, if you don’t return within 15 minutes, your accumulated score will be lost and submitted as a “0” which means that your entry will be forfeited.


What is XP?

“XP” means = Experience Points For every tournament you participate in, you’ll be rewarded with these points. These points fill up the XP meter at the top left corner of your user profile and once your meter fills up, you will level up. Each tournament has a different XP reward and higher entry fees award more XP points.


What happens when I level up?

Every time you level up, you’ll be able to enjoy a free Gem reward. You can use these Gems to compete in more free-to-play tournaments.


How do I claim my level up rewards?

When you compete in a tournament and level up, you’ll get an in-game popup saying you’ve reached the next level. Simply hit the “Claim” button in the popup to collect your reward.


What do I do if there is a technical issue while playing?

If you experience a technical issue while playing the game, please contact our team at support@viglabs.xyz. When you report your issue, please try to share as much detail as possible in regards to what happened. Please include your Tournament ID in that correspondence. Your Tournament ID is located at the bottom of the leaderboard for any specific contest.


What happens if two or more players get the same score?

In the event that two or more players achieve identical scores, the player who finishes their gameplay first will be ranked ahead of the player with the same score who completes their game later. An example for this would follow: 1. Player 1 finishes game at 3:00 pm and scores 2100 points. 2. Player 2 finishes game at 3:01 pm and also scores 2100 points. 3. Player 3 finishes game at 3:05 pm and also scores 2100 points. In this scenario, Player 1 would be ranked first because finish the game first, followed by Player 2, who finished next, and then Player 3, who completed the game last. So, the order of ranking is determined not just by the score but also by the time of game completition order, for each of the game players.

Is RocketDice legal?

Yes. RocketDice isn’t considered gambling as the outcome of our Tournaments is based on the skill of the players, not luck or chance. RocketDice has no vested interest in who wins or loses, nor does it profit on the outcome of a Tournament that we provide. We are only in the business of creating and managing Tournaments.


Do I need to pay to play?

No you do not. If you don’t want to make a deposit, you can easily play in any of our daily Gems Tournaments as much as you like. We provide daily rewards in Gems to all players. Remember you can use Gems to win Bonus Cash. Bonus Cash can be used to participate in tournaments, but cannot be withdrawn. However, winnings gained by using Bonus Cash can be withdrawn.


Is my area supported?
